Terms of Service

By using the Heekap app, you agree to the following terms.

1. The service. Heekap is an AI-powered food receipt analysis and spending-tracking app — a free tier with usage limits, and optional Pro and Family subscriptions.

2. Extraction accuracy. Receipt data extraction relies on AI and may occasionally contain errors — always review your data; the app makes editing easy.

3. Subscriptions. Pro and Family subscriptions are managed via the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically unless cancelled before the current period ends.

4. Acceptable use. Using the app for any unlawful purpose, attempting to extract system data, or abusing the AI interface is prohibited.

5. Account termination. You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend an account that violates these terms.

6. Liability. Heekap is a spending-tracking aid, not formal financial advice; financial decisions remain your responsibility.

7. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted in-app and on this page.
